They didn’t just rent us tents. They built a small city in a hayfield, kept the lights on for three days and left it cleaner than they found it.

Reviews
Producers rebook every season
Twenty-two structures, two stages and a power grid, built in four days and struck in two. They handled the permits and the fire marshal walk-through.
One vendor for the tent, power, bars and lighting. The crew was on site before us and the field looked untouched a day later.
Our sailcloth reception was breathtaking, and the generator was so quiet our guests never knew it was there.

FAQ
Good questions, clear answers
Pricing, tent sizes, power, permits and weather, answered plainly.
Plan My EventHow much does an outdoor event rental cost?
Equipment starts at $95, and most community events land between $4,000 and $15,000. Festivals are quoted from a site plan. Every quote includes delivery, build, strike and insurance.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer and fall weekends book three to six months out, and festival season fills first. Large builds should reach out six to twelve months ahead.
Do you require a deposit?
A 300eposit reserves your date and equipment. Cities, schools and businesses can pay the balance by invoice or purchase order.
What size tent do we need?
About 15 sq ft per seated guest and 9 sq ft per standing guest. Our site calculator and CAD plan size it exactly.
Can tents go on pavement?
Yes. We ballast with water barrels or concrete blocks instead of stakes.
How much power do we need?
It depends on stages, vendors and lighting. We build a power plan and send a tech to run it.
