Questions

Frequently asked questions

Answers for principals, PTO chairs, ministry leaders, HR and procurement teams.

Paperwork & Payment

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Schools, churches, municipalities and approved businesses can book with a PO and pay Net-30 after the event.

Can you name us as additional insured?

Absolutely. Send us your requirements and we’ll email a certificate of insurance naming your organization, usually within 24 hours.

Are you able to accept tax-exempt orders?

Yes. Upload your exemption certificate with your quote request, and we’ll apply it to your invoice.

Is there a school or church discount?

Schools, churches and registered nonprofits save 10% on attractions. Ask about fundraiser pricing too.

Safety & Staffing

Do you provide attendants?

Every package includes trained, background-checked attendants who manage lines, capacity and safety rules for each attraction.

Are your inflatables safety certified?

Our units are manufactured to ASTM F2374 standards, inspected before every event and cleaned and sanitized between rentals.

Setup & Sites

Can you set up indoors in a gym?

Yes. Many units are gym-friendly. We use floor-safe tarps and sandbag anchoring, and we’ll check ceiling height with you in advance.

What power do you need?

Most units need one standard 20-amp outlet within 100 ft. No power on site? We can bring quiet generators.

How early do you arrive?

Typically 2–3 hours before your start time. We coordinate with your facilities team and check in at the front office.

Weather & Scheduling

What happens if it rains?

If weather makes it unsafe, reschedule at no charge or move indoors. We monitor wind on site and follow manufacturer limits.

How far ahead should we book?

Spring field-day dates book by February, and fall festival weekends by July. Book 6–8 weeks out for the best selection.
