Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver your rentals, set up tents and pick everything up after your event. Delivery details depend on your location and order, and we’ll confirm them with your quote.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver throughout our home county and the surrounding communities. Farther out? Send a quote request and we’ll let you know.
How far in advance should I book?
Spring and fall weekends fill up quickly — for weddings, we suggest booking 6–12 months ahead. Smaller parties can often be booked a few weeks out.
How do I reserve my rentals?
Request a quote, review your proposal and sign a simple online contract. A deposit holds your date.
What size tent do I need?
It depends on your guest count and layout. Use the size guide above as a starting point, and remember dance floors, buffets and head tables need extra room — we’ll help you choose.
What happens if the weather turns?
Our tents are built for sun and rain. If high winds or storms make setup unsafe, we’ll work with you on a plan.
Do you rent more than tents, tables and chairs?
Yes — linens, lighting, heaters, tableware and more. Tell us what you’re dreaming of and we’ll put it together.
