Most couples reserve 6–12 months ahead, especially for May–October Saturdays. Tents and harvest tables book first, so check your date early.

Delivery orders start at $500. Smaller orders are welcome for showroom pickup.

A 30% deposit reserves your rentals. The balance is due 14 days before your event, and you can add items up to two weeks out.

Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are included on every delivery order within our service area. Our crew sets tables, chairs, arches, lounges and lighting.

We usually set up the day before and pick up the morning after. Same-day turnarounds can be arranged for most venues.

Full table styling (linens, chargers, flatware, glassware and centerpieces) is available as an add-on, or we can drop everything for your planner.

We help you plan a rain backup from the start. Tents can be reserved as a backup with a hold fee that credits toward the tent if you need it.

We are preferred vendors at more than 30 barns, farms and estates and are happy to coordinate load-in times and rules with your venue directly.

No washing needed. Scrape plates and place items back in their crates, and we take care of the rest.

Normal wear is on us. Lost or broken items are billed at replacement cost, and an optional damage waiver is available.
