How much space do I need?
Most bounce houses need a flat area about 15′ × 15′ plus a few feet around the sides. Water slides and obstacle courses need more — each rental lists its exact size.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is best. We can also set up on concrete or asphalt with sandbags. We can’t set up on rock, sand or mulch.
Do I need electricity?
Yes — each blower needs a standard outdoor outlet within 50 feet. No power? Add a generator to your order.
What happens if it rains?
Safety first. If the weather turns, we’ll help you reschedule or give you a rain check for a future date.
How long is a rental?
Standard rentals are 4 hours, with the option to extend by the hour. We set up before your rental time starts.
Is the equipment clean?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before every rental and inspected for safety before it leaves the warehouse.
