The quick answer

What is a trackless train rental?

A trackless train rental is a ride-on attraction: a locomotive-style engine pulling passenger cars that drives on ordinary surfaces like pavement, grass, gym floors and packed gravel, with no rails to install. You book it by the hour, and a trained operator runs continuous loops or a planned route while your guests ride.

Aurora Line Express is a fully managed service across Your City and the surrounding region. Delivery, setup, teardown, route planning and liability insurance come with every booking, whether it is a corporate picnic, a festival, a school day or a birthday.

The problem, and the fix

Why most events feel the same

Guests know the checklist by heart. You need one attraction that brings every age together, and someone else to run it.

Every event looks the same

Bounce house, face painting, food truck. Guests have seen the lineup a hundred times and stop expecting anything new.

Half the crowd sits it out

Kid stuff bores the adults. Adult stuff leaves the kids out. The room splits in two and the energy goes flat.

Another vendor to babysit

Most rentals drop equipment and leave. Suddenly you are supervising lines, safety and cleanup instead of hosting.

One fix for all three

All aboard.

The ride nobody expects, and nobody skips.

  • All agesToddlers, parents and grandparents climb aboard together. It is the rare moment every age shares.
  • Fully managedOur operator drives, loads and supervises every ride. Delivery, setup and teardown are on us.
  • The magnetThe train becomes the heartbeat of the event: the photo everyone takes and the story they tell the next day.

What planners say the next morning

The moment people remember

Not “nice entertainment.” The attraction that changes the room and gets talked about the next day.

“I’ve never seen our employees and their families that happy together. The train was the highlight of the whole day.”
— HR manager, company picnic
“Grown-ups who never join in anything were lining up for a second ride. We’ve already booked next year.”
— Festival coordinator
“They handled everything. I actually got to enjoy my son’s birthday instead of running it.”
— Parent, backyard birthday

See every question

What’s included in the price?

Every booking includes a professional operator, delivery, setup and teardown, pre-event route planning and liability insurance. Pricing depends on your date, hours and location.

How far ahead should we book?

Summer weekends and December book 2–4 months out. Corporate and festival dates often book earlier. Check availability as soon as you have a date.

How do deposits work?

A deposit holds your date. The balance is due before the event, and we accept cards, e-transfer and purchase orders for organizations.

Does someone operate the train?

Yes. A trained, professional operator runs every ride. You never manage the equipment.

Is it just for kids?

Not at all. Adults ride too, which is exactly why it works: families, coworkers and grandparents share the same moment.

How many people can ride?

Our train seats up to 18 riders per loop and typically carries 150–180 riders an hour with continuous boarding.
