Pricing & booking
How much does a mobile bar cost?
Bars start at $595 for a four-hour BYOB dry hire with a bartender. Hosted packages include the drinks, ice, cups and garnish.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays from May to October and December holiday parties book 3–9 months out. Weeknights are easier.
Is a deposit required?
A 30% retainer locks your date. The balance is due two weeks before your event.
Drinks & alcohol
Do you provide the alcohol?
Both ways. Bring your own with a dry hire and save, or choose a hosted package where we are licensed and handle everything.
Can you make a custom cocktail menu?
Yes. We design two signature drinks with you, name them and print them on the menu board.
Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?
Always. Every menu can include a zero-proof bar with real mocktails, not just soda.
Bartenders & safety
Are your bartenders licensed?
Yes. Every bartender is TIPS-certified, checks IDs and is covered by our liquor liability insurance.
Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes, usually the same day, naming your venue as additional insured.
Setup & venue
How much space do you need?
About 12 × 20 ft for the vans and 6 × 6 ft for the carts and the Tuk, on level ground.
Can the bar go indoors?
The Champagne Cart and Prosecco Tuk go almost anywhere. Vans need an outdoor spot or a large loading door.
Will it fit?
