Pricing & booking
How much does a mechanical bull rental cost?
Packages start at $895 for two hours, all-in: operator, padded mat, delivery, setup, teardown and insurance. Longer events and add-ons are priced upfront in your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Weekends from May through December book 4–8 weeks out, and holiday party season fills first. Check your date as early as you can.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit locks your date. The balance is due on event day, and businesses and schools can pay by invoice.
The ride
Who operates the bull?
A trained operator runs every ride, adjusts the speed for each rider and manages the line. You never touch the controls.
Can kids ride?
Yes. Riders 5 and up can ride on our gentle “pony ride” setting. Adults can go all the way up to wild rodeo mode.
How many people can ride per hour?
About 40–50 rides an hour with a steady line, since most rides last 20–60 seconds including the climb on and off.
Space & setup
How much space do we need?
A flat 20 × 20 ft area. Indoors we need a 10 ft ceiling and a standard 36 in doorway.
Can it go indoors?
Absolutely. Ballrooms, gyms, bars and warehouses all work, and the mat protects your floors.
What power do you need?
Two standard household outlets within 100 ft. No power? We bring a quiet generator.
Safety & waivers
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can name your venue as additional insured.
Do riders sign waivers?
Every rider signs a quick digital waiver by scanning a QR code at the arena. We keep the records.
