Pricing & booking
How much does a carnival ride rental cost?
Rides start at $950, and most four-ride packages land between $5,000 and $7,000. Every quote includes operators, delivery, setup, teardown and insurance.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer weekends and fall festival season book 6–10 weeks out. Corporate picnics in June fill first, so check your date early.
Is a deposit required?
A 250eposit reserves your rides. Schools, cities and businesses can pay the balance by invoice or purchase order.
The rides
Who operates the rides?
Our certified, uniformed operators run every ride for the whole event. You never need to provide staff.
How many people can ride per hour?
Between 150 and 360 riders an hour depending on the ride. Our ride planner recommends how many rides keep lines short.
Do you have rides for little kids?
Yes. The Kiddie Wheel, Teacups, Carousel and Giant Fun Slide are all perfect for younger riders.
Space & power
How much space does a ride need?
Most rides fit in 40 × 50 ft. We send a site map with your quote so you can plan the layout.
What power do you need?
One 50-amp outlet per ride within 100 ft. No power? We bring quiet generators.
Safety & insurance
Are the rides inspected?
Every ride carries current state permits and is inspected each morning before guests arrive.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry liability coverage and can name your venue, city or school district as additional insured.
