Questions from planners & procurement.
Don’t see your question? Call (555) 555-0123 or email our proposals team.
How far in advance should we book?
For large events, 60–90 days is ideal, and peak spring and fall dates fill first. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — send your request and we’ll confirm availability.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We typically issue COIs within 24 hours and can list your organization and venue as additional insured.
Do you accept purchase orders and Net-30 terms?
Yes, for approved schools, municipalities and established organizations. We also accept ACH, check and credit card.
Do you handle tent permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare permit applications, engineered drawings and attend fire marshal inspections where required.
Can you respond to a formal RFP or bid?
Absolutely. Email your RFP or bid documents and we’ll respond by the deadline with all required forms.
What happens if the weather changes?
We monitor forecasts, share a weather plan in advance and follow manufacturer wind ratings for every structure.
