Hi, we’re Mike & Jen — and yes, that’s us on your driveway.
We started Neighborhood Party Co. in our garage with one bounce house and a borrowed trailer, because we wanted our own kids’ parties to feel easy. Today we serve hundreds of families across Your Town, and we still deliver every rental ourselves.
When you book with us, you’re not getting a call center or a random driver. You’re getting a parent who’ll text when we’re on the way, set up like it’s our own backyard and treat your yard with respect.

How delivery works
Party day, without the heavy lifting
Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you book to the moment we roll the last bounce house back onto the trailer.

Book online or give us a call
Pick your rental and date. We confirm by text within the hour during business hours.

We text when we’re on the way
Expect a friendly “on our way!” with an arrival window the morning of your party.

We set up & walk you through it
We stake it down, check the blower, go over safety rules with you, and clean up our packaging.

You party. We pick up.
No need to deflate or fold anything. We come back at the agreed time and leave your yard just how we found it.
Clean & sanitized
Clean enough for our own kids. Every single time.
Jen personally signs off on every rental before it leaves our garage. Here’s our 5-point clean promise:

How much yard space do we need?
Most bounce houses need a flat area about 15 × 15 ft plus a standard outlet within 50 ft. Not sure? Send us a photo of your yard and we’ll tell you what fits.
What if it rains?
If the weather isn’t safe, we’ll reschedule for free or refund your deposit. We watch the forecast with you and call the day before.
Do you set up on grass, concrete or turf?
All three. We stake into grass and use sandbags on concrete or turf, always protecting your yard.
Is a deposit required?
A small deposit holds your date. The balance is due on party day — cash, card or Venmo.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured and happy to send a certificate to your HOA, school or park.
