Good to know
Can adults use the bounce houses?
Our adult-rated pieces are built for grown-up guests too — perfect for the bridal party photo. We share weight limits and rules for each unit when you book.
Can you set up indoors or at my venue?
Yes. Most pieces fit in ballrooms, barns and tents with standard ceilings. We use quiet blowers, sandbags instead of stakes when needed, and can send our insurance certificate to your venue.
How do you keep everything so white?
Every unit is hand-cleaned and sanitized after every event and inspected before it leaves our shop. Indoor-only pieces never touch grass.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor inflatables cannot be used in rain or high winds. If weather looks unsafe, we will move you indoors when possible or give you a raincheck for a future date.
How far in advance should I book?
Wedding season dates fill early, so we recommend booking as soon as you have your venue. Last-minute dates are welcome when available.
