How much space and power do we need?
Each rental lists its footprint. Game booths and concessions run on standard outlets; rides need a generator or dedicated power, which we can supply. We’ll confirm everything in your site plan.
Do you provide staff?
Every ride comes with a trained operator. Game attendants and concession staff are available for any booth, or your volunteers can run them after a quick walkthrough.
Are your rides inspected and insured?
Yes. Rides are inspected according to Your State requirements, and we can name your school, venue or organization on a certificate of insurance.
What happens if it rains?
Tents go up in light rain. If weather makes rides unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the lineup. See our weather policy for details.
How far ahead should we book?
Festival season fills fast. We recommend 2–3 months for large events and 3–4 weeks for backyard and school carnivals.
Can you handle ticketing for a fundraiser?
Yes. Our ticket and prize system makes it simple to sell ride and game tickets so your school or nonprofit keeps the proceeds.
