How much space do I need?
Most bounce houses need a flat 20×20 ft area; water slides need about 15 ft wide by 40 ft long. Every listing shows its exact footprint, and we’ll help you measure.
Do you set up on concrete or in parks?
Yes. We use sandbags on hard surfaces and can set up at most parks, schools and churches — just check that your location allows inflatables.
What if it rains?
Safety first: inflatables can’t be used in rain or high winds. If the forecast turns, reschedule for free or get a credit toward any future date.
Is a deposit required?
A small deposit holds your date and goes toward your total. The balance is due on delivery day.
Are your rentals clean?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after every rental and inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to supply power?
Each inflatable needs a standard outlet within 50 ft. No outlet? Add a quiet generator at checkout.
