Do you deliver outside of Your Metro Area?
Yes. Travel fees apply outside our standard area, since longer trips can need an extra truck and crew. Enter your venue address when you request a quote to see the exact delivery fee.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% retainer holds your order and is applied to the rental. If you need to cancel, you receive a credit for the retainer good for one year.
I need to reschedule my party. What are my options?
Things come up. We allow reschedules and provide rainchecks you can use within one calendar year.
Does the price include setup and delivery?
Some items include setup (electronics, staging, some games). Many items offer setup and breakdown as an add-on. A delivery fee based on distance applies to every order.
How are delivery and pickup handled?
We generally deliver 1–2 days before your rental begins and pick up the following day. Exact-time delivery or pickup and off-hours service are available for an added fee. We call to confirm times in advance.
